About Us

Where Students Come First

HADC (formerly Macron Academy) began over 15 years ago as an independent Advanced Development Center, one of the first of its kind outside of Youth Academy and Center of Excellence football.

We are not a Club nor a Team, we offer keen female footballers the opportunity to develop using the latest coaching techniques & drills to compliment the player's coaching received from their school and/or local football team.

Our coaching is in a productive learning environment where players are encouraged to express themselves, we want to develop exciting players that are creative on the ball, have the freedom to play and are intelligent on and off the ball. We work on the core basics needed for the modern game, agility, balance, co-ordination, speed, intelligence, technique, attitude, strength and discipline. Sessions are centered around individual player development and are age appropriate.

"Giving players confidence and self-esteem in their own ability"

"Installing game related patterns and knowledge to feed football memory"

"Providing a high standard of technical coaching"

"Focusing on
individuality
rather than
team play"

Our Coaches

We believe in providing quality coaching, therefore our coaches are qualified and experienced with a minimum of an FA Level 2 coaching qualification and some are qualified to UEFA B (Level 3).

Experience is key and our coaches each have been involved with football for a number of years in different capacities, including playing at various levels, including academy football, to developing County Cup, League Cup, League winning sides in youth football, and coaching County Representative teams.

50% of our coaching workforce is female as we believe it is important for our female players to have female role models within the game at a local level.
